In weekly 1-on-1 sessions, we blend somatic grounding, IFS, and mindful self-compassion to help you process birth experiences, release stored trauma, and reconnect with your body. You’ll learn practical tools to quiet intrusive thoughts, set healthy boundaries, and make space for the you beyond “mom.”
Keep your relationship strong while your family grows. We help couples navigate sleep deprivation, shifting roles, intimacy changes, and the emotional load of early parenthood. Using attachment-based and EFT techniques, we rebuild trust, improve communication, and ensure you’re tackling this season as a unified team.
Support the whole family. Big feelings can surface for older siblings or teens when a new baby arrives—or when past trauma affects home life. Through age-appropriate play, art, and CBT, we give kids and adolescents a safe space to express themselves, build resilience, and adjust to new family dynamics with confidence.
Find strength in shared experience. Our postpartum group therapy brings moms together to process the emotional changes after birth, reduce isolation, and build community. Each session blends talk therapy and trauma-informed movement—helping you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and feel more like yourself.
